Mrs. Marvel is a character that before House of M I knew very little about.  The concept of the book is that during the House of M event Carol Danvers (Ms. Marvel) lived in the world where she is the world’s greatest hero, when everything returned to normal she decided to raise her status quo.  The book was a little slow in the beginning but the last few issues have picked up considerably, I think Brian Reed has got into a grove with the character.  This issue was a great look view into the pro-registration side of Civil War and how it has affected Ms. Marvel.  You start to see the behind the scenes of Iron Man’s Camp as he gives Carol, and Wonder Man the new assignment of capturing Arana.  On the other side Arachne is given the task of bringing in the Shroud, but everything is not what it seems with pro-registration heroes.  It seems to be a lot o tension and some distrust among people within Iron Man group.  It will be interesting to see how the rest of this plays out in the upcoming issues.

The writing has been solid, the artwork is above average, inks, and colors are top notch on this book.  If you haven’t picked up this book I think this would be a great issue to jump on with, I think you will enjoy it.
