The Flash: Born to Run collects; Flash 62-65, Flash Annual 8, Speed Force 1, Flash 80-Page Giant 1.  Let me start out by saying that overall I really enjoyed this trade.  Although at times I did feel like I had to force my way through reading it in certain parts.  I don’t think it was because of the writing was bad, I think the art was jarring which did distract and even turn me off through out the read.  I have a little knowledge of the Flash universe outside of the last year or so of the Mark Waid run and a few issues of Geoff Johns.  So it was interesting to see the origin story of a character I really like in Wally West.

You can tell by reading this trade that Waid has a real fondness for the Flash characters.  I loved learning about Barry Allen & Iris and how close they were to Wally in the early years.  Also, I got a great view on how green Wally was when he started out as a hero.
